The Holland professional interest test is based on the typological model developed by the American psychologist John Lewis Holland from the studies he carried out in 1975. Holland concluded that There are six personality types well differentiated each of which is better linked to a series of certain professions. In this way, knowing our personality type, we can directly conclude the jobs that best fit our profile.

The Holland codes Known with the acronym Riasec, they refer to the theory of vocational choice of profession based on the 6 personality types defined by Holland. The test helps you discover your dominant personality that will determine the professions related to your personality. The initials of the three personality types in which you get better score represent the Holland Code and will help you find the professions for which you are most trained.

This model is used by the US Administration Employment Department to determine the interests of candidates.
