What is PNL refraint?

PNL assembly It consists of changing the way we are observing a situation To stay with the one that makes us feel better.

We have all gone through difficult times in life, we have lost a job, a couple, a precious object, or anything. All these situations put us, initially, in a situation of pain, but, with the refraint in the NLP we have another chance to see it different.

So, When we enter a situation we are changing the framework or the perspective from which we are looking.

From the same situation we can make different looks that will allow us to elaborate a better interpretation and then we can select the most favorable.

Putting this into practice, We can not only feel better with ourselves, but also get out of pain Or, as they commonly say, we will avoid "feeling drowned".

Well, many people get trapped in a situation that they never manage to escape, while life is going and thus get lost to achieve great things.

But, Of all "loss" we can obtain a gain or learning. This is where the popular saying "if they give you lemons, make lemonade".

PNL assembly offers us the possibility of looking at a single situation in several ways, until we manage to provide it with a different meaning and that is more flattering for us.

How can we start making a regub in NLP?

As soon we feel that something is not going well or that it does not make us feel good, we can display some of the NLP's techniques. Anchoring is one of them. However, in other situations, we can also make use of the refraint.

The refraint is appropriate for some circumstances because generally reality is endowed with the meanings that we give it. Each experience, by itself, is just an experience, but it is we who attribute meanings and in this process, we also come to self -inflation pain.

However, this pain depends largely on the way we are observing and interpreting that event that has happened. Changing perspective, or getting up, we can also change the meaning And with it eliminate pain.

It is important to recognize that reality is not as we believe that it exists, it is not an objective entity itself, but that, in large part, it is a social construction full of the meanings that ourselves have given it.

When we receive information from abroad, this is not always as we believe, but is a reworking or reinterpretation of our ways of thinking. Therefore, as soon as we understand this we can start applying the repuadre in NLP. Well, just change our way of seeing things.

Making a refraint is necessary

Making a PNL regub is necessary many times in our life. According to Elia Roca, in her book "How to improve your social skills," he mentions on the subject of refraint that errors, setbacks and failures are also an opportunity to learn, improve and, of course, grow.

For example, a storm can have many meanings. If we are under it, this will be bad or good depending on our way of looking at it.

For those who are cultivating plants and a drought period has passed, this storm can be very good. If it's someone who had an open -pit party, maybe it's bad -at least he decides to play in the rain and have fun -and so on.

Depending on the meaning that we give to situations, these will be good or bad And with this we can also experience pleasant or unpleasant emotions that promote us to act in an adequate or not.

Applying the regub on NLP is an excellent opportunity to get out of a problem, avoiding being stagnant, and continuing forward.

And you, Do you remember the last time you set up a situation and you gave a positive meaning?
