Diagnosis guidelines
The severity of the disorder must be sufficient to satisfy the dissocial childhood disorder guidelines (F91.-) and of the disorder of the specific start emotions in childhood (F93.-), of a neurotic adult disorder (F40-F49) or humor disorder (affective) (F30-F39).
F92.0 Depressive dissocial disorder
Combination of dissocial childhood disorder features (P91.-) and of persistent and marked depression of mood, revealed by symptoms such as excessive feelings of unhappiness, loss of interest and pleasure for usual activities, reproaches towards itself, hopelessness. Sleep or appetite disorders may also be present.

F92.8 Other dissocial disorders and mixed emotions
Combination of dissocial disorder (F91.-) of childhood with persistent and marked emotional symptoms, such as anxiety, fears, obsessions or compulsions, derealization or derealization, phobias or hypochondria. Cholera and resentment are rather traits of a dissocial disorder than of an emotions disorder, but in whether they do not contradict or support the diagnosis.
